Sandy Lopez - Barre Fitness Instructor Hi, I am Sandy Lopez…

I have been in fitness for over 25 years. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Kinesiology. I began weight training in college and haven’t stopped yet! Learning the art of healthy eating habits, I lowered my bodyfat to 9%, contoured my body and accomplished winning the title of Miss California, Miss Huntington Beach, and Miss Golds and was a Top 10 finisher of the Miss Galaxy at the age of 35.I been on top tv shows, such as Good Morning America and Body by Jake as well as magazines like Muscular Development and Womens Health. I have worked with training beginners, top atheletes, pre and post natal to teachproper form, postural alignment, a balanced lifestyle, and for those days you don’t want to go, I try to keep exercise exciting! I am certified in Pilates and Spinning for a more variety inspired workout and Barre fitness.

I practice what I preach, and can help you reach your goals at whatever level you’re at. I hope that you will join me in spin, barre or the gym to meet your fitness goals.


  Hi I am Tommie…I am a certified group fitness instructor, and hold certifications in spin and barre. I have been teaching spin for about 8 years at Club Fitness Addiction and I am excited about joining Barre COREture’s team of talented barre instructors. I have a passion for working out but most of all I like to have fun. I try to keep my classes fun and energizing.

Come join me for a Spin or Barre class and I promise you an amazing workout that will fly by! I am also really excited about instructing our new SPINbarre Class that combines 30 minutes of fat blasting spin followed by 30 minutes of  barre to sculpt long lean muscles! My fitness background is in competitive swimming and I also participate in youth fitness training programs and boot camps. I look forward to pushing you into your next level of fitness.


Jacque Rogers - Barre Fitness Instructor My name is Jacque Rogers…

I was born in Covina, California. I was a competitive Gymnast for 6 years and, in High School, I was a competitive Cheer Leader. I coached gymnastics for 3 years after High School and on in through College.I achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with emphasis in Human Anatomy and Physiology, and worked professionally in the medical industry before starting a family.

Since I was a young girl, health and fitness has always been a priority. I got my first gym membership when I was 15 and have been an avid fitness addict ever since. I started Spinning in 1999 and began teaching Spin in 2010. I have expanded my knowledge to Barre Fitness and I am certified by Tracey Mallet, founder of Booty Barre.

I bring flexibility, technique, strength and personality to all my group classes
